Title: Easy Luncheon Pizza

4smPitas, or 2 Large Pitas
1tbOlive oil
2 Tomatoes, sliced
8lgBlack olives, sliced
2tbFresh basil, chopped
1mdOnion, sliced thin
4ozFeta cheese with basil
  Parmesan cheese, grated

Lightly brush the surface of the pita with olive oil. Place sliced tomatoes, basil, feta, onion rings and olives on pitas, and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425-degrees until cheese begins to melt and pizza toppings are just beginning to brown, about 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve immediately. Top with a little grated parmesan if so desired.
